Lucinda Riches 

Lucinda Riches is a non-executive director of the Diverse Income Trust plc (appointed 2011), the British Standards Institution (appointed adviser in 2011 and non-executive 2012), Graphite Enterprise Trust plc (appointed 2011) and CRH plc (appointed March 2015). Since 2012 she has been a non-executive member of the Partnership Board of King & Wood Mallesons LLP (formerly SJ Berwin LLP). Lucinda is also a Trustee of Sue Ryder (since 2008). 

Lucinda was formerly an Investment Banker and has extensive experience in capital markets and privatisations. She began her career at Chase Manhattan Bank. Lucinda worked at UBS and its predecessor firms for 21 years until 2007. At UBS, she was a Managing Director, Global Head of Equity Capital Markets and a member of the Board of the Investment Bank.

Lucinda has an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Brasenose College, Oxford and an MA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

UKAR announces sale of £13bn portfolio of NRAM assets
UK Financial Investments Limited (UKFI), today confirms that following a competitive sales process, UK Asset Resolution Limited (UKAR), has agreed to sell a £13bn portfolio of NRAM mortgages and unsecured loans to affiliates of Cerberus Capital Management LP. download [108,5 KB]

UKFI today announces the disposal of approximately 5.4% of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc
Further to its announcement on 3 August 2015, UKFI announces the successful completion of the disposal of part of HM Treasury’s shareholding in The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc (the “Company”). The disposal was effected by way of a Placing (the “Placing”) of ordinary shares (the “Placing Shares”) by way of an accelerated bookbuilding process to institutional investors. download [314,8 KB]
