Robin Budenberg joined UKFI on 1 January, 2010 from UBS where he was responsible for senior UK client relationships. He was involved in the Government Bank Recapitalisation Scheme in October 2008. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse before joining SG Warburg in 1984. He subsequently worked at the successor firms – SBC Warburg, UBS Warburg and latterly UBS. He carried out various management roles and he also advised a number of the UK’s largest companies on major projects.
New UKFI management team
UKFI announces a new management structure to take effect following James Leigh-Pemberton’s arrival today. Following these changes, the Executive Committee of UKFI will comprise James Leigh-Pemberton (Executive Chairman designate), Ruth Curtice (Chief of Staff), Christopher Fox (Head of Banking) and Oliver Holbourn (Head of Capital Markets). download [117,5 KB]
UKFI today announces the disposal of approximately 6% of Lloyds Banking Group plc
Further to its announcement on 16 September 2013, UKFI announces the successful completion of the disposal of part of HM Treasury’s shareholding in Lloyds Banking Group plc (the “Company”). The disposal was effected by way of a Placing (the “Placing”) of shares (the “Placing Shares”) by way of an accelerated bookbuilding process to institutional investors.” download [70,5 KB]
