Tim Sykes to join UKFI
UKFI today announces the appointment of Tim Sykes as Senior
Banks Analyst. Tim will report to John Crompton, Head of Market Investments, and will focus on those banks which subscribed to the recapitalisation fund.

UKFI takes on management of RBS shares
UKFI will today take on management of the Government’s 57.9% stake in the Royal Bank of Scotland, as the Treasury purchases 22.9bn ordinary shares for £14.97bn and £5bn in preference
shares.

John Crompton joins UKFI
UKFI announces the appointment of John Crompton as Head of Market Investments. John will be responsible for the management of the governments shareholdings in those banks which subscribed to the recapitalisation fund.
